BitJilli Terms & Conditions – Know the Full Policy Before You Play

If false information is provided during registration, the account balance may be forfeited and the user may be permanently banned from all BitJilli services.

In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final. If a round is incomplete due to a technical issue, all bets for that round are cancelled and stakes are returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BitJilli. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated group strategies designed to exploit bonus offers (bonus arbitrage).
• Playing games using hacking, software tools, or automated bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

BitJilli reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason — particularly in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity.

If your account is suspended, you can contact BitJilli via email or Live Chat to find out the reason. If the suspension was made in error, you may submit a reinstatement request with the necessary information.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal policy.

An account closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened before the designated period ends — this restriction exists solely to protect the member.
